 RULES

In order to provide students with the excellent educational climate they deserve, I have developed the following Classroom Rules. The rules will be in effect at all times. That means to and from school, as well as in the classroom, hallways, lunchroom, and playground. Your child’s safety is always a top priority!

1.         Follow directions the first time they are given.

2.         Be prepared.  (Hand in all assignments on time.  Have materials, lunches, monies, etc. when you come to school.) I DO NOT allow students to call home for forgotten items.

3.         Raise your hand to speak.

4.         Respect yourself and others.

5.         Be responsible for your actions.

2.         Conference with teacher. Fill out behavior awareness form and/or write a letter of apology depending on circumstance, develop an action plan, and note to parents in homework folder.

3.         Parents will be called. Additional consequence is subject to the teacher’s judgment.

4.         Parents will be called. The student must meet with the parent, teacher and/or principal/dean of students before coming back to class.

5.         Suspension.
